1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ironfinance.ca (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

IronFinance provides an online platform that connects Canadian contractors and equipment buyers with equipment financing lenders and related support resources. Services may include:

• Equipment financing application and lender matching
• Loan payment calculator and payment explorer tools
• Pre-qualification estimator
• Equipment financeability risk analyzer
• Equipment valuation tool
• Educational guides about equipment financing

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using application forms and tools. Providing false information may result in denial of financing or loss of access to services.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit fraudulent applications
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. Tool Disclaimers

The calculator, payment explorer, pre-qualification estimator, financeability analyzer, and equipment valuation tools provide estimates only. Results are not guarantees of financing approval, interest rates, payment amounts, or equipment values.

5. Financing Applications

IronFinance is a lead-matching service, not a lender. IronFinance connects users with third-party financing partners. IronFinance does not guarantee:

• Approval of any financing application
• Specific interest rates or terms
• Availability of lenders in your area
• Turnaround times for application processing

Financing terms are determined solely by the lender. Review all lender agreements carefully before accepting any financing offer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, guides, tools, logos, and design — is the property of IronFinance and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronFinance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on any information, tools, or services provided.

IronFinance’s total liability shall not exceed $100 CAD.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

10. Changes to Terms

IronFinance may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
