Takes 10–15 minutes. Have your business details, owner information, and any supporting documents (bank statements, tax returns, equipment quote) ready before you start.
What you will need
- Legal business name, address, and contact details
- Business start date, legal entity type, and tax identifiers
- Funding amount and use of funds
- Primary owner: name, contact details, home address, ownership percentage
- Government ID number (SSN for US owners, SIN for Canadian owners)
- Owner signature (you can sign on screen with finger, mouse, or trackpad)
- Optional: bank statements, tax returns, equipment quote, business license
What happens after you submit
- Underwriting review. Your file is reviewed by our funding partner, typically within 1–3 business days.
- Document follow-up if needed. If anything is missing, we reach out by phone or email.
- Offer or alternative path. You receive an offer with rate, term, and structure — or, if the file does not fit this program, we route it to a different lender category that does.
Your information is transmitted securely. By submitting, you authorize IronFinance and our funding partner to review your application. We never sell or share your information outside this lending process.
